At OZiva, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags securely attached.

Return Process

  Log into your OZiva account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging along with the invoice to ensure a smooth processing experience.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 2-3 business days to collect the package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our quality team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 working days.
